"I am writing to share with your organization an experience I had with one of your members that I felt strongly deserved recognition.

On December 23rd, I was in the middle of a shower when all of a sudden, no water. I place a call to Lakeside Electric and Jim Parisi immediately came to my home and worked most of the day taking care of my problem.

As I sat at my work that day, I was overwhelmed with worry over the final cost of the work since I was only hours away from leaving to go to Mexico for the X-mas holidays. I kept wondering whether this was going to be $200.00, or $500.00 or worse.

Mr. Parisi called me at the end of the day and said "Merry Christmas, no charge". Words could never express my shock and appreciation for his act of kindness.

As John and I went in and out of shopped in Mexico we searched and searched for the "perfect" gift to say thank-you. As our vacation went on, we realized there were no words or gift that could possibly be adequate to EXPR3ESS JUST HOW WE WERE BOTH TOUCHED BY SUCH AN ACT OF KINDNESS. It was truly the best X-mas gift anyone could received under the circumstances.

Needless to say, being a single woman, I am virtually at the mercy of a contractor and have been an easy target in the past. (Ask me sometime about being charged $90.00 to change my tire.)

In my dealings with Lakeside Electric, I had, on may occasions, made comments on how much Denise and Jim had impressed me with their professionalism, strong business ethics and their commitment to customer service.
